Do Good: Feed the World!

Are you yearning to do something constructive to help the world? Are you seeking a way to include your family in a worthwhile community endeavor? JOIN US at our Rise Against Hunger event. On Sunday, May 3rd at 11:45 we will package 10,000 meals together in a rowdy two hours. They will be sent to a food insecure region of the world. In the past years our meals have gone to the Philippines, Malawi and the Republic of Congo.

To be successful we need 65 volunteers and $4100. The donations raised will pay largely for transport. Sign up HERE to volunteer for set up 8:30-10:00, packaging 11:45-2:00, and/or clean-up 2:00-3:00.  We will provide a quick lunch after the 10:00 service. Bring your friends and family. Make donations on the church “GIVE NOW” page. (Follow directions to “Give to Rise Against Hunger”) or write a check to the church with RAH in the memo line.
