The Finance Committee and Vestry have prepared a budget to be presented at the Annual Meeting of the congregation on Sunday February 9, 2020.  The meeting will take place after the worship service which will be held at 9:00am.  Please bring brunch items to share.

A Draft 2019 Annual Report, a Financial Appendix a copy of the Amendment and Restatement of the Church By-Laws, a slate of candidates for open positions in the volunteer governance, as well as other information will be sent to Members the week leading up to the meeting. You can download and/or print off any of the information you would like to review prior to next week's annual meeting.  Any additional information or corrections will be sent  out sometime late next week.  Please print any copies you need for annual meeting and bring it with you.  Hard copies of annual meeting  documentation  will be limited on both Sundays.
