ATTENDING THE OUTDOOR SERVICE

We are required to have a list of attendees for contact tracing purposes, so signing up to attend an outdoor service is required.

Each sign-up will be for a single circle in the parking lot. Members of the same immediate household group may share a single circle. It is assumed that the person who supplies the e-mail address should be able to reach every household member for whom they are reserving a spot. If we reach the limit of circles available for reservation before we reach the maximum 50 individuals that can attend (including service participants), then we will need to close the reservations for this service.

As mentioned, we plan to integrate the outdoor service into the Zoom service, so if no spots are left for the outdoor service, or if you are worried about coming to an outdoor service, you can still join on Zoom. If it becomes necessary to cancel the outdoor service due to inclement weather, we will e-mail each person who signed up by 7AM ET on the morning of the service. The service will not be cancelled, but will be moved indoors and you can participate via Zoom instead. Reserve your spot for Outdoor Worship.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Folding chair (if unable to bring your own chair, a few sanitized chairs will be available from the ushers. Please e-mail Lydia Tolley to reserve one)

  • Service Leaflet (we encourage you to print it out at home and bring with you, if possible)

  • Water or other beverage (optional)

  • Face mask REQUIRED

There are other limitations and instructions you should be familiar with included in this Outdoor Worship Information Sheet.
